We are currently reviewing over $437 million worth of projects across the United States. By combining the years of experience and understanding of developing and investing in American real estate, with the tremendous financing ability of the Chinese companies and individuals, we will be able to capitalize on this historic low in real estate values. Through our diversified program of investments by asset type and risk level, we expect to achieve cumulative returns on equity between 25% and 50%.
