Shuang (Monica) Liang - Director, Investor Relations
Monica Liang has the primary responsibility for identifying and communicating with North America EPR Management investors. Liang has extensive knowledge and understanding in the US investment immigration regulations. She is also directly involved in the strategic planning and business development at the company. Liang serves as the Director of International Affairs for the City of Marion, Indiana and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Main Street Marion redevelopment project. Prior to her current duties Liang lived and worked in Haikou in Hainan Province and Guangdong Province in China. Liang holds a degree in Public Affairs and Political Science from Indiana University.
Brian K. Harris - Chief Operating Officer
Mike Egan has been involved in the real estate development and construction industry for more than 20 years. He has founded several companies throughout the United States in various aspects of this industry. As a found member, President and CEO of these companies, Egan is responsible for all areas of management and development including raising capital and financing, land development, and project and personal management. Egan has extensive experience building relationships with communities and dealing with local governments. through his construction projects, Egan has worked with the China Football Association (CFA), the Atlanta Summer Olympics of 1996, Major League Baseball (MLB), National Football League (NFL), World Cup Soccer, and the Professional Golfers Association (PGA), among others.
Brian Harris has been involved in the commercial and residential real estate markets for over 20 years. Currently, Harris is co-managing a $500,000,000 project - The Renaissance, in Marion, Indiana. He is responsible for schedule management, land acquisition, construction management, public approval processes, strategic planning and many business development aspects within the project. Harris also serves as a Board Member on the Redevelopment Committee for the City of Marion, Indiana. Prior to joining the Renaissance team, Harris provided construction management and land development services for commercial and residential projects in the State of Illinois.
Craig Nicholson is Founder of Nicholson Development Company, LLC. He manages all aspects of the company including financial operations, legal, business development, and project management. Prior to founding Nicholson Development, Nicholson spent six years at the Nicholson Company where he oversaw the finance department, operations, legal, human resources, information technology, property management, and project management. Before joining the Nicholson Company, he worked in various sales, account management and operations positions at leading technology companines in Silicone Valley. Nicholson holds degrees in Business Administration, Psychology, and Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
